武書庚

課題:主持國家自然科學基金(活性氧(ROS)介導蛋白氧化對蛋清稀化中β-卵黏蛋白穩定性的作用及其調節,32272907絲氨酸通過卵黏蛋白調控雞蛋蛋清品質的作用機制,32072774),國家重點研發計劃(抗炎抗病增效産品功能評估與應用/2022YFC2105005蛋鴨光照适宜參數及限值研究,2016YFD0500510)、企業合作科研項目,國家自然科學基金(31172212)、十三五”“十二五”“十一五”“十五國家科技支撐計劃,“973”子課題,基本科研業務費專項、農業結構調整專項等課題。

主編(安全高效預混合飼料配制技術、圖說健康養蛋雞關鍵技術、蛋雞飼料調制加工與配方集萃、飼料加工與調制問答)、副主編(第八屆中國飼料營養學術研讨會論文集,飼料營養應用技術研究進展(2013)、肉雞飼料調制加工與配方集萃)和參編書籍10餘部,發表各類文章300餘篇(其中SCI文章50篇)。主要研究方向:家禽健康的評價與營養調控、禽産品品質形成機理與營養調控、飼料和飼料添加劑有效性與組裝;飼料組方與調制;禽産品健康評價與科普。
