主編（安全高效預混合飼料配制技術、圖說健康養蛋雞關鍵技術、蛋雞飼料調制加工與配方集萃、飼料加工與調制問答）、副主編（第八屆中國飼料營養學術研讨會論文集，飼料營養應用技術研究進展（2013）、肉雞飼料調制加工與配方集萃）和參編書籍10餘部，發表各類文章300餘篇（其中SCI文章50篇）。主要研究方向：家禽健康的評價與營養調控、禽産品品質形成機理與營養調控、飼料和飼料添加劑有效性與組裝；飼料組方與調制；禽産品健康評價與科普。
